What are the uses of dimethyl silicone oil
Dimethylsilicone oil has various excellent properties, making it widely used in various sectors of industrial and agricultural production, national defense industry, scientific research, and medical and health sectors. It is widely used in electrical insulation, demolding, defoaming, damping, shock resistance, rolling, dust prevention, waterproofing, high and low humidity, and other aspects.

1. Application in the electromechanical industry: Dimethylsilicone oil is widely used in motors, electrical appliances, and electronic instruments as an insulation medium that is resistant to temperature, arc corona, corrosion, moisture, and dust. Currently, it is also used as an impregnating agent for scanning transformers in transformers, capacitors, and televisions. Used as a liquid shock-absorbing and damping material in various precision machinery, instruments and meters. The shock-absorbing performance of dimethyl silicone oil is less affected by temperature, and it is mostly used in instruments such as aircraft and automobiles in situations with strong mechanical vibrations and large environmental temperature changes. Used for shock resistance, damping, and stabilizing instrument readings, it can also serve as a liquid spring and is used in aircraft landing devices.

2. As a release agent: Due to its non adhesive properties with rubber, plastic, metal, etc., it is also used as a release agent for various rubber and plastic product molding and processing, as well as in precision casting. Using it as a demolding agent not only facilitates demolding, but also makes the surface of the product clean, smooth, and with clear textures.
